Three Tiny Phrases That Can Change Someone’s Day | Anchor Points | Ep. 84

Sometimes we make serving God much more complicated than it needs to be. We think we need a church assignment, a mission trip, or some big opportunity to make a difference.

But what about a simple hello? Looking somebody in the eye and actually asking, “How are you?” Or saying, “Have a great day,” and really meaning it? Those little moments stand out because so many of us are rushing around barely noticing one another.

We can be on mission for Christ in the grocery store, at work, at the coffee shop, or wherever God puts us today. A little kindness offered with the love of Christ can go a lot further than we realize.

Scripture (NIV):

Colossians 4:6 — “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”

Do I genuinely notice the people I encounter throughout my day?

Who could use a little kindness from me today?
