What You’re Filling Your Mind With Matters More Than You Think | Anchor Points | Ep. 35
Have you ever scrolled for a little too long… and felt worse afterward?
It’s easy to take in more than we realize—especially when it comes to the content we’re surrounded by every day.
In today’s Anchor Point, I’m sharing a simple reminder that what we consume doesn’t just pass through us—it shapes us.
And while we don’t have to ignore what’s happening in the world, we also don’t have to carry all of it.
There’s value in being intentional about what we allow into our minds and hearts.
Because what fills us will eventually flow out of us.
Scripture (NIV):
Philippians 4:8 — “Whatever is true… noble… right… pure… think about such things.”
Reflection Questions:
What kind of content am I filling my mind with daily?
How does it affect my mood, thoughts, or outlook?
What’s one small change I can make to be more intentional?
